DaL Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("DaL", "we", "us" or "our") is a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa and operates its employee lending business under the Dial a Loan brand.

This website, www.dal-holdings.co.za (the “Website”), is operated by DaL Holdings (Pty) Ltd. These Website Terms of Use & Disclaimer (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.

The Website is an informational and corporate website intended to provide general information about DaL, its employee lending business model, products, services and related information. The Website is not itself a transactional credit application platform.

4. Closed user group lending model
DaL operates an employee lending model in which credit facilities may be made available to employees of participating employers under arrangements established between DaL and the relevant employer. Availability may therefore depend on employer participation and the individual satisfying applicable requirements. Nothing on the Website creates an entitlement to credit.
5. Access to the Website
You warrant that you have the legal capacity to use the Website and that your use will comply with these Terms and applicable South African law.
You must not use the Website for an unlawful purpose; obtain unauthorised access; interfere with its operation or security; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised information extraction; impersonate another person or entity; or use it in a manner that may damage DaL or its reputation.

The Website may provide access to or a link to DaL’s secure client portal. The client portal is a separate authenticated environment for authorised DaL clients. Access is governed by separate Client Portal Terms of Use and applicable credit documentation. These Website Terms do not replace, amend or override a client’s credit agreement or other contractual documentation.

DaL respects the privacy and protection of personal information. The collection, use, storage and processing of personal information by DaL is governed by DaL’s Privacy Notice, available on the Website. The Privacy Notice should be read together with these Terms.
8. Security and electronic communications
DaL takes reasonable measures to maintain the security and availability of the Website. No internet transmission or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted. Users should exercise appropriate care when communicating information electronically and should not submit confidential client or credit information unless DaL has expressly provided a designated secure method.
